The City of Henrietta is in Ray County, MO between the cities Richmond and Lexington just off highway 13. Henrietta is approximately 27 miles east of Independence and 35 miles east of Kansas City. Henrietta is part of the Kansas City metropolitan area. In 2019 the population was estimated to be 357.
