The Richmond R-XVI School District is committed to inspiring each of its students to love learning and to embrace challenge within a rich and rigorous academic culture. The Richmond R-XVI School District is in Richmond, Missouri, 40 miles east of downtown Kansas City. The District is comprised of one high school, one middle school and two elementary schools that support approximately 1,600 students.

The Richmond R-XVI School District is a proud recipient of multiple Missouri Distinction in Performance Award commendations, eight state athletic championships and National Merit Scholars. We are committed to excellence and believe firmly in our mission.
